The surrender comes with discipline, courage, no expectations and a lot of practice. In each asana we try to find the confort on the disconfort. Everything is one, the body, the mind, the spirit. The breath will tell us when to change, when to adjust, when to go forward, when to go back, when to bend … The breath is the principal tool.
